We deal in Air Pollution Control Equipments and Systems such as Dust Collectors, Cyclones, Electrostatic Precipitator, Venturi Wet scrubbers, Packed Bed Wet scrubbers and Two Stage Scrubbers Systems. Dust Collectors. The Dust Collector Consists of filters that are fitted inside the enclosure. The enclosure is basically box type or vertical cylindrical type. The filters are bags type or cartilage type according to the HEPA standards of the systems. The suction fans or blowers are installed at the outlet of the Box or cylinder to pass the air from the filters. The filters are cleaned by impulse method or vibration method. In impulse method the jet of air is passed in reverse direction from the filters for short time so that the particles settled down inside the collector. In vibration method the vibrator is attached with the plate of the filters and due to vibration the dust particles that stick on the filter fell down at the bottom of enclose. The Dust collectors are installed both indoor and outdoor. The dust collectors are used to collect the dust particles in industry that have risk of dust explosion. We provide the solution of dust explosion prevention according to NFPA standards.
Cylone type Scrubbers. The cyclone type wet scrubber consists of conical section and cylindrical section. The air injected tangential from the side wall of the cyclone wet scrubber. Due to centrifugal action the dust particles the particles slides down inside the cyclone scrubber spirally. There are wet and dry type cyclone scrubbers. In wet type cyclone scrubber the water is sprayed on the dust particles so the particles settled down with water steam. The fan is installed at the top of the cyclone or installed separately via duct. The cyclones are used for the large dust particles.
Venturi Wet Scrubbers The venturi scrubber consists of conical section or venture section in which the spray nozzle is installed to filter the particles with water spray. The air pressure increase when it passes through the venturi and then drops down after it passed the venturi section. Due to drop of pressure and mixing with water the dust particle fell down from the air steam. The demister is fitter at the end of the packed bed wet scrubbers to filter out the mist particles from the air. There are vanes types and mesh type demister installed at the discharge of the clean air from wet scrubber. We provide venturi scrubbers for different process flue gasses such as flue gases from furnaces, boilers and steel rerolling mills and forging mills.
Packed Bed Wet Scrubbers The packed bed wet scrubbers consists of enclosure in which the packing of different shape is place and flue gasses passed between these packing and water is sprayed from above. Due to the falling of water the flue gasses mixed with water and suspended particles and gases filtered out. The packed bed wet scrubbers have two to three compartments and different types of packing are placed in compartments according to the type of gas being filtered. The demister is fitter at the end of the packed bed wet scrubbers to filter out the mist particles in the air. There are vanes types and mesh type demister installed at the discharge of the clean air from packed bed wet scrubber.
Two Stage Scrubber System The two stage scrubber consist of two scrubber place in series or incorporated inside of one another scrubber for the filtration of different kind of gasses and particles. These are venturi and packed bed scrubber or acid media and alkaline media scrubbers. These are horizontal or vertical types according to their adjustment.
Electrostatic Precipitators The Electrostatic precipitator consists of two set of positively charge and negatively charged plates, rods or mesh. The plates are basically work as electrodes that placed inside the enclosure and dust particles are passed between the plates, due to charging of dust particles they stick at the opposite charged plate. A vibrator is installed at the enclosure to remove the dust particle periodically. Electrostatic precipitator is filter-less devices that remove the dust particles with induced electrostatic charge when dust and smoke particle flow between the plates and mesh.
